Job Description
- Collaborate closely with Sr. Managers and the Plant Director to develop and implement HR strategies tailored to support supply chain operations and overall business objectives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to ensure alignment between HR initiatives and the plant's operational needs.
- Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance employee engagement, productivity, and retention within the plant.
- Translate business plans and goals into actionable HR strategies, programs, and policies.
- Take ownership of HR operations within the plant, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance.
- Act as a change agent by driving continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Foster strong working relationships with regional HR hubs to leverage resources and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations and uphold company policies and procedures.
- Diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives within the plant to create a supportive and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- 10 years of experience in HR management roles, preferably within the FMCG industry or a large manufacturing company.
- Proven experience as an HRBP, with a strong focus on supply chain operations and HR strategy development.
- Expertise in organizational development, change management, and translating business goals into HR initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Thailand labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
- Fluency in English and Thai languages required.
