- Provide strategic HR advice to leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people initiatives
- Support workforce planning to meet current and future organisational needs
- Drive talent initiatives, including identification, development, retention, and succession planning
- Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolution aligned with regulations and company policies
- Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development actions
- Collaborate on learning and development programs to strengthen leadership and workforce capabilities
- Utilise HR data and insights to identify trends and provide recommendations for decision-making
- Provide input on compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and promotion considerations
- Work closely with HR teams to deliver consistent and effective HR support across functions
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure capability and readiness in a dynamic business environment
- Extensive experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles, with strong exposure to strategic HR work
- Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
- Good command of English
- Proficient in standard computer applications
- Resilient, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
