Job Description

  • Provide strategic HR advice to leadership, ensuring alignment between business objectives and people initiatives
  • Support workforce planning to meet current and future organisational needs
  • Drive talent initiatives, including identification, development, retention, and succession planning
  • Oversee employee relations matters, ensuring fair and compliant resolution aligned with regulations and company policies
  • Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and development actions
  • Collaborate on learning and development programs to strengthen leadership and workforce capabilities
  • Utilise HR data and insights to identify trends and provide recommendations for decision-making
  • Provide input on compensation and benefits, including salary reviews and promotion considerations
  • Work closely with HR teams to deliver consistent and effective HR support across functions
  • Lead and develop the HR team to ensure capability and readiness in a dynamic business environment
  • Extensive experience in HR business partnering or generalist roles, with strong exposure to strategic HR work
  • Proven experience in leading and developing HR teams
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English
  • Proficient in standard computer applications
  • Resilient, proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Thai Nationality
