Job Description

A client in the F&B/Fast Fashion/ Luxury retail sector is seeking a HRBP Manager to join their Bangkok team. What you'll do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies aligned with business objectives by partnering closely with stakeholders at all organisational levels.
  • Lead workforce planning activities by gathering requirements from business leaders and formulating plans that support sustainable growth.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of human resources, including policy changes, local labour law compliance, and employee relations matters.
  • Collaborate with the Total Rewards team to conduct salary benchmarking exercises, manage compensation reviews, and propose enhancements to benefit programmes.
  • Oversee headcount planning, personnel cost analysis, budgeting processes, and ensure accurate payroll administration in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams while ensuring seamless recruitment processes and first-class onboarding experiences for new joiners.
  • Support talent management by facilitating individual development plans, managing annual talent reviews, and linking performance management with organisational goals.
  • Work closely with Learning & Development teams to deliver impactful corporate training programmes tailored to evolving business needs.
  • Ensure efficient HR operations by maintaining accurate data in SAP systems, overseeing onboarding/offboarding procedures, and safeguarding employee records.
  • Foster a positive work environment through regular employee engagement surveys, wellness initiatives, CSR programmes, and proactive handling of grievances or disputes.

What you bring:

  • Degree holder with around 10 years of experience in an HR Business Partner or similar role covering full HR functions.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, able to influence stakeholders at all levels.
    Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to support and consult employees from diverse backgrounds in sensitive situations.
  • Able to translate strategic HR topics into clear action plans and measurable results.
  • Passionate about developing talent, proactive, and motivated by helping others grow.
  • High sense of ownership and confidentiality, especially when handling sensitive data; able to stay calm and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Thai Nationality ; need to understand Thai Labour law deeply
