Responsibilities:
Partner with senior leaders to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that support growth and performance.
Lead and implement all area of HR activities including talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management.
Provide strategic workforce planning and organizational design guidance to ensure optimal structure and capacity.
Collaborate with COEs (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D) to deliver integrated HR services.
Drive change management, organizational culture, and employee engagement programs.
Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Requirement:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5-8 years of progressive HR experience in banking business is preferred.
Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and influencing skills.
Proven experience in driving organizational change and talent strategies.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in Financial Services / Technology industry is a plus
