1. International HR Strategy & Governance
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs supporting international operations.
- Align corporate HR policies with local business direction and country-specific requirements.
- Partner with senior management and regional HR teams to align HR initiatives with business objectives.
- Monitor global HR trends and recommend improvements to HR policies, processes, and systems.
2. Global Mobility
- Develop and manage global mobility policies for international assignments.
- Design compensation and benefits packages for international assignees in compliance with host‑country regulations.
- Execute and manage global mobility operations.
- Collaborate with host‑country HR teams.
3. Employee Lifecycle & Talent Management (International Scope)
- Manage the full employee lifecycle across regions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Execute HR operational processes including talent selection, performance evaluation, and development.
- Support succession planning and talent development for international roles.
4. HR Operations & Advisory Support
- Provide HR consultation, guidance, and best‑practice advice to line managers and host‑country HR teams.
- Ensure consistent, high‑quality HR operations across host countries.
- Promote employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and employee well‑being initiatives.
5. Compliance, Risk & Employment Administration
- Ensure compliance with international employment laws, labor regulations, and corporate governance standards.
- Oversee immigration processes including work permits, visas, and employment contracts.
- Mitigate HR and compliance risks across international operations.
6. HR Analytics, Reporting & Projects
- Deliver HR reporting and analytics to support decision‑making and continuous improvement.
- Lead and support international HR projects.
Qualifications & Required Skills & Competencies
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in Human Resources, ideally as an HR Business Partner, with exposure to international operations considered a strong plus.
- Strong knowledge of international HR practices, global mobility, labor laws, and immigration requirements.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a multi‑country environment.
- Strong consultative and advisory skills to guide managers and host‑country HR teams.
- Hands‑on, results‑driven, resilient, high level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Proficient in modern HR tools and HRIS.
- Ability to travel aboard, as required.
- Excellent English communication skills.
