Responsibilities:
• Partner with senior leaders across the region to understand business needs and provide HR solutions that support growth and performance.
• Lead and implement all area of HR activities including talent development, succession planning, employee relations, and performance management.
• Provide strategic workforce planning and organizational design guidance to ensure optimal structure and capacity.
• Collaborate with COEs (e.g. Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, L&D) to deliver integrated HR services.
• Drive change management, organizational culture, and employee engagement programs.
• Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to leadership for continuous improvement.
Requirement:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in an HRBP or HR leadership role.
• Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Proven experience in driving organizational change and talent strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in Financial Services / Technology industry is a plus
