Job Description

  • Maintain and update employee data in the HRIS during onboarding processes with high accuracy and compliance.
  • Perform change management activities including user training and the development of training materials.
  • Perform routine data audits, mass uploads and ensure data integrity across all HR modules.
  • Ensure HRIS operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company policies, particularly around data privacy.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations related to HR data privacy and security.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute standard HR reports (e.g., headcount, attrition, joining/leaving trends).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (HR, Business, Finance, etc) to align system capabilities with business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field
  • Minimum 2-3 years experience in HRIS, HR data analytics or HR operations roles.
  • Proficiency in G- Sheet or MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point) ; experience with advanced HRIS platform/Power BI is a plus.
  • Good English communication skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Good team player, strong ownership, positive attitude and eager to learn.
  • Knowledge of labor laws, data protection regulations, and HR best practices.
