We're hiring: HRIS Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end HRIS transformation strategy aligned with the company's multi-brand retail expansion, workforce scalability, and digitalization roadmap.
- Drive selection, implementation, and deployment of enterprise-grade HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or equivalent), ensuring alignment with business growth and operational complexity.
- Partner closely with Business Improvement / Innovation Unit to redesign HR frameworks, workflows, and approval governance, ensuring HRIS architecture supports efficiency, transparency, and scalability.
- Act as HR Digital Architect, translating business requirements into system design, process automation, and integrated data flow across HR, Finance, Retail Operations, and ERP platforms.
- Lead full system implementation lifecycle including vendor evaluation, RFP management, solution design, configuration, testing (UAT), data migration, change management, and post go-live stabilization.
- Redesign and standardize core HR workflows including manpower request, workforce planning, payroll integration, performance management, leave administration, attendance tracking, employee lifecycle management, and reporting governance.
- Ensure seamless integration between HRIS and other enterprise systems (ERP, Payroll, Accounting, Retail POS, Time Attendance, BI tools).
- Drive data governance framework ensuring data integrity, compliance with Thai labor law, PDPA, and audit readiness.
- Develop enterprise-level HR analytics dashboards covering headcount trends, turnover, productivity, labor cost ratio, performance distribution, and workforce planning insights.
- Establish post-implementation governance structure including SLA management, ticketing prioritization, system enhancement roadmap, and vendor performance management.
- Lead change management strategy to drive digital adoption across HR and business users, ensuring smooth behavioral transition from legacy/manual systems.
- Build internal HRIS capability and develop team expertise to support long-term digital maturity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 710 years of HRIS or HR Digital Transformation experience.
- Proven experience leading full-cycle implementation of large-scale enterprise HR systems (SAP, Workday, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, or equivalent).
- Strong understanding of HR operations across multi-site, retail, FMCG, or complex workforce environments.
- Experience collaborating with Business Improvement, Process Excellence, or Innovation teams in workflow redesign initiatives.
- Solid knowledge of system integration architecture and cross-functional data flow design.
- Strong project management capability with ability to manage vendors, timelines, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of payroll processes, workforce compliance, and Thai labor regulations.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to connect HR data with commercial decision-making.
- Fluent in Thai and English.
