JOB SUMMARY
The HRIS Specialist plays a strategic and hands-on role in designing, optimizing, and scaling HR technology solutions to support a fast-growing technology business. This role goes beyond system administrationrequiring an entrepreneurial mindset to deeply understand business models, workforce dynamics, and product-driven operating contexts and to translate them into practical, scalable HRIS solutions. As the HRIS subject-matter expert, the role owns SAP SuccessFactors configuration, data governance, analytics, and system innovation, partnering closely with HR, IT, and business leaders to enable data-driven people decisions and operational excellence.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as the HRIS product owner, shaping system roadmaps aligned with business growth, organizational design, and workforce strategy
- Translate complex business requirements into effective HRIS solutions
- Proactively identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and digitize HR processes using HRIS capabilities
- Lead end-to-end configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors modules
- Develop advanced reports, dashboards, and people analytics to support headcount planning, cost management, performance outcomes, and talent decisions
- Design and deliver HRIS training, user guides, and best-practice frameworks for HR and business users
- Enforce SSHE policies and environmental compliance in all working areas
- Perform other related duties as assigned

JOB SPECIFICATION
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 58 years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, or HR Operations, preferably in a technology or fast-scaling organization.
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors, with deep expertise in Employee Central and at least two additional modules.
- Experience leading HRIS projects, system enhancements, or digital HR transformations.
