Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SAP SuccessFactors to ensure stable operations and accurate HR data across modules (recruitment, attendance, payroll, performance, etc.)
- Maintain and validate employee lifecycle data (onboarding, transfer, offboarding) with regular data cleaning and compliance checks
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to enhance system functions, workflows, and user experience
- Generate and analyze HR reports to support decision-making (headcount, payroll, performance)
- Provide system training and support to HR teams and employees
- Ensure data integration between HR systems and other platforms (e.g., payroll, finance, attendance)
- Support HR digital transformation and ensure compliance with company policies and Thai regulations
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher (HR, IT, or related fields); HRIS certification (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors) is a plus
- 13 years of experience in HRIS operations, data management, and system maintenance (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, PeopleSoft)
- Strong HRIS skills: system configuration, data maintenance, reporting, and basic troubleshooting
- Proficient in Excel (Pivot Tables, functions) with strong data analysis ability
- Good communication and coordination skills; able to work effectively with IT, vendors, HR, and business teams
- Good English or Chinese is preferred.
