Role Overview
We are seeking HRIS Specialist to drive the end-to-end implementation and optimization of our HR technology landscape. This role serves as a strategic bridge between HR stakeholders, IT Support, and external Implementation Vendors. You will be responsible for translating business needs into technical solutions, ensuring a seamless system rollout, and continuously modernizing HR workflows through automation and AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-End Implementation: Lead and support the full HRIS implementation lifecycle, from initial requirement gathering and system design to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Go-live, and post-implementation support.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact between HR teams, IT Support, and external vendors to ensure project milestones are met and system configurations align with business objectives.
- Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with HR functional leads (Core HR, Talent, Performance, etc.) to document business requirements and translate them into functional system specifications.
- System Testing & QA: Design test scripts in collaboration with vendors, coordinate UAT sessions, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure system stability and data integrity prior to deployment.
- Data Migration & Integrity: Oversee data mapping, cleansing, and migration from legacy systems. Maintain high standards for data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance.
- Training & Documentation: Develop user manuals, SOPs, and technical guides. Conduct training sessions for HR staff and end-users to drive system adoption.
- Process Improvement & AI Innovation: Proactively identify opportunities to Lean HR processes. Explore and implement AI-driven tools or automation to enhance operational efficiency and the employee experience.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT), Management Information Systems (MIS), Computer Science, HR, or a related field.
- Experience: * Proven experience in implementing HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle, SAP, Workday, or similar enterprise systems).
- Open to tech-savvy junior IT professionals with strong logical thinking and a background in System Support, Business Analysis, or Software Testing.
- Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of HR workflows (Core HR, Recruitment, Performance Management). Note: Payroll module experience is not required.
- Technical Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand database structures, system integrations, and complex technical workflows.

- Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap by translating complex technical workflows into easy-to-understand language for non-technical users.
