Overview
Our client is seeking an HROD Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for developing and executing Learning & Development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability. The role focuses on structured training programs, talent management, and succession planning to support long-term workforce development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and conduct talent assessments, coaching sessions, and performance management initiatives, including career development pathways and succession planning frameworks.
- Review and analyze organizational data to formulate an annual training plan aligned with business goals and overall learning strategy.
- Work closely with the team lead and line managers to define people development strategies and implement the annual L&D plan, covering training needs analysis, roadmap development, program coordination, and reporting.
- Partner with relevant teams to establish and maintain competency frameworks and development plans for talent pools and succession pipelines.
- Ensure training and development programs are delivered effectively and remain aligned with organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
- 710 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Development roles.
- Hands-on experience in training needs assessment, program design, competency modeling, succession planning, and LMS administration.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
