Overview

Our client is seeking an HROD Specialist to join their team. This position is responsible for developing and executing Learning & Development initiatives that strengthen organizational capability. The role focuses on structured training programs, talent management, and succession planning to support long-term workforce development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and conduct talent assessments, coaching sessions, and performance management initiatives, including career development pathways and succession planning frameworks.
  • Review and analyze organizational data to formulate an annual training plan aligned with business goals and overall learning strategy.
  • Work closely with the team lead and line managers to define people development strategies and implement the annual L&D plan, covering training needs analysis, roadmap development, program coordination, and reporting.
  • Partner with relevant teams to establish and maintain competency frameworks and development plans for talent pools and succession pipelines.
  • Ensure training and development programs are delivered effectively and remain aligned with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related discipline.
  • 710 years of experience in Learning & Development or HR Development roles.
  • Hands-on experience in training needs assessment, program design, competency modeling, succession planning, and LMS administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
