About our group:

We are HSA R&D operation team, we work closely with the head designer and the electrical engineering team. We build and test the transducer design in drive form according to the customer request.

About the role - you will:

  • Monitor, control, and adjust manufacturing processes to ensure product quality and production efficiency.
  • Set up, operate, and troubleshoot equipment and machinery involved in the production process.
  • Collect, analyze, and document data related to process performance, including quality control parameters.
  • Conduct process checks, perform inspections, and ensure adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with engineers and production teams to identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and reduce waste.
  • Train and mentor new employees or operators on process controls, safety protocols, and equipment operations.
  • Support the testing of new processes or materials and analyze their impact on product quality and efficiency.

  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
  • Open-minded and good attitude.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Your experience includes:

  • Knowledge in Hard Disk Drives manufacturing is preferable.
  • Proven experience as a Process Technician or in a similar manufacturing/production role.
  • Strong understanding of industrial processes, equipment, and safety protocols.
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
