Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HSE strategies, policies, and programs to ensure compliance with company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate and oversee HSE activities across multiple projects, including subcontractor performance, to ensure consistent safety and environmental practices.
- Manage project HSE teams, conduct inspections, and lead risk prevention activities, including emergency response planning and readiness.
- Lead accident/incident investigations, analyze root causes, and implement corrective and preventive measures.
- Define Thailand-specific HSE training requirements and support HR in developing and delivering compliant training programs.
- Conduct internal and external audits, monitor HSE performance indicators, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Facilitate HSE meetings and maintain strong collaboration with project managers, Country management, Asia HSE team, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and coordinate project HSE reports for submission to Country Head and Asia HSE.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field, with 810 years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Thai HSE regulations and international HSE standards.
- Advance Technical Safety Officer Certificate is required; NEBOSH and ISO 45001/18001/14001 certifications are preferred.
- Proven leadership, supervisory, and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a demonstrated commitment to HSE practices in the wind energy sector.
- Native Thai speaker with strong proficiency in English (written and spoken).
