HSE Officer

Location: Samnak Thong, Mueang Rayong Salary: 75,000 95,000 THB Working Days: 6 days/week at a plant setup

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement an EHS management plan.
2. Prepare safety budgets and monthly plans.
3. Ensure compliance with safety laws and regulations.
4. Manage plant safety and safety during construction.
5. Conduct safety audits and drive improvements.
6. Develop emergency procedures for fires and spills.
7. Investigate accidents and recommend corrective actions.
8. Train employees and contractors on safety practices.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
2. 3-5 years of experience in safety roles within the chemical or manufacturing sectors.
3. Strong knowledge of Thai safety regulations and EIA.
4. Valid Driver's License.
5. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
6. Fluent in Thai and English.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety management software.
8. Understanding of ISO45001 and ISO14001 standards.
