Job Responsibilities:
- Support the implementation of HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Thai regulatory laws.
- Conduct regular site inspections, safety walks, and risk assessments, identifying unsafe conditions and recommending corrective actions.
- Monitor subcontractor HSE performance to ensure alignment with project safety rules and environmental standards.
- Assist in accident/incident investigations, collect evidence, prepare reports, and follow up on corrective and preventive actions.
- Support emergency response preparedness, including drills, equipment checks, and documentation.
- Provide HSE training and toolbox talks for site personnel, and support HR in coordinating mandatory HSE training requirements.
- Prepare and update HSE documentation, including JSA, risk assessments, permits-to-work, and safety plans.
- Assist in internal and external HSE audits, track findings, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, HSE Manager, and Client HSE teams to ensure consistent communication and reporting.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly HSE reports for submission to HSE Manager and project stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Technical Safety Officer Certificate is required.
- Minimum 3–5 years of HSE experience in construction, renewable energy, manufacturing, or related industries (wind energy experience is an advantage).
- Good understanding of Thai HSE regulations, risk assessment practices, and emergency response procedures.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and subcontractors.
- Good command of English in both written and spoken communication is preferred.
- Proactive, responsible, and safety-driven mindset with strong attention to detail.
