Lead facility management, hub maintenance, and postsite survey hub finalization to ensure hubs are operationally ready, compliant, and cost-efficient. The role manages a team of 4, oversees maintenance operations, and supports landlord negotiation and final scope alignment prior to hub activation.
Job Description
- Lead and supervise a team, including task prioritization, workload management, and issue escalation
- Oversee day-to-day facility management and hub maintenance across multiple sites
- Ensure timely corrective and preventive maintenance to minimize operational downtime
- Manage urgent facility incidents and coordinate cross-functional resolution
- Drive hub finalization after site survey, including validation of site conditions and closure of rectification items
- Coordinate with Operations, Setup, Safety, and Security to ensure hub readiness before go-live
- Manage team to contact with landlords post-survey, supporting negotiation on facility scope, rectification works, and handover conditions
- Align agreed landlord scope with internal teams, escalating risks or misalignment to Management and Legal/Contract teams
- Manage vendors, ensuring quality, timeline, and cost control
- Track maintenance issues, hub readiness status, and key risks; maintain required documentation and reports
- Identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvement in facility and hub readiness processe
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Operations, or related field
- 35 years of experience in facility management, hub operations, or site management
- Experience managing teams and multiple sites
- Exposure to landlord coordination or site readiness activities is an advantage
- Strong people and stakeholder management skills
- Negotiation and coordination capability with landlords and vendors
- Practical problem-solving and risk assessment
- Ability to manage urgent issues and tight timelines
