About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources & Administration Manager to lead global HR initiatives from HQ, supporting over 20 international operations. This role works closely with senior leadership to drive culture, talent strategy, organizational development, and HR governance across diverse markets.
Responsibilities
- Drive organizational culture, employee engagement, and employer branding
- Lead global talent acquisition, development, and retention initiatives
- Oversee performance management, compensation frameworks, and KPIs
- Support organizational restructuring, workforce planning, and HR strategy
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations across multiple jurisdictions
- Enhance HR systems, analytics, and process efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (mandatory)
- Master's degree or HR professional certification (SHRM, PHR, GPHR, or equivalent) preferred
Required Skills
- Strong HR leadership experience in multinational environments
- Experience in performance management, compensation design, and talent development
- Exposure to organizational transformation and change management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Professional English proficiency required
Preferred Skills
- Experience in performance management, compensation frameworks, and HR strategy development
- Strong understanding of global HR practices and labor compliance
- Familiarity with HR technology, analytics, and systems implementation
