About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support the company's training and learning initiatives. You will be responsible for coordinating training programs, sourcing suitable courses, maintaining training records, and ensuring employees receive the necessary learning and development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
. Coordinate and administer internal and external training programs.
. Source and recommend suitable training courses based on business and employee development needs.
. Research and liaise with training providers to compare course content, schedules, and costs.
. Register employees for training courses and manage training schedules.
. Maintain and update employee training records and training databases.
. Monitor mandatory training requirements and ensure timely completion.
. Support onboarding and orientation training for new employees.
. Assist with SkillsFuture, WSQ, and other government-funded training administration where applicable.
. Provide general HR administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
. ITE / Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
. Good organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail.
. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
. Resourceful and proactive in researching and sourcing suitable training opportunities.
. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
. Experience in HR administration or training coordination will be an advantage.
. Knowledge of SkillsFuture, WSQ, or other training grant schemes is a plus.
