Job Description

Orise is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Associate (all genders welcome) to join our team in Bangkok. This is an ideal role for an HR professional with a few years of experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a fast-paced, international environment.

You will play a vital role in the day-to-day employee experience, supporting everything from the first interview to the final paycheck. If you are proactive, organized, and love working with people, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities

Recruitment Support (approx. 25%)

  • Assist with the end-to-end hiring process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and keeping our candidate pipeline moving.
  • Own the interview scheduling process, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure candidates have a great experience.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and HR partners to help prepare offer details and onboarding paperwork.

HR Operations & Administration

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including attendance, leave, and overtime, to ensure our payroll is always on time and correct.
  • Coordinate with our HR outsourcing partners to manage benefits administration and local documentation.
  • Help ensure we stay compliant with Thai labor laws and internal company guidelines.
  • Generate regular reports on HR metrics like headcount and turnover.

Onboarding & Employee Engagement

  • Lead the Welcome to Orise experience by facilitating orientation for new hires.
  • Act as a friendly first point of contact for employee questions regarding company policies and benefits.
  • Assist in organizing internal workshops, trainings and engagement initiatives to keep our culture thriving.

Your Profile

  • 2+ of experience in an HR Generalist or HR Admin role. You've mastered the basics and are ready for more responsibility.
  • A solid working knowledge of Thai labor laws and local HR practices.
  • Good command of English (written and spoken), as you'll be working in an international context.
  • A high level of accuracy, especially when it comes to numbers and payroll data.
  • Service-oriented, proactive, and no task is too small attitude. You enjoy being part of a team but can manage your own daily checklist independently.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with HR outsourcing partners in Thailand.
  • Exposure to recruitment activities or employer branding initiatives.
  • Experience supporting employee engagement programs or internal HR projects.
