Human Resource Compliance Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on labor law and HR compliance matters
• Review and revise company regulations, policies, and announcements
• Conduct investigations related to employee complaints and workplace issues
• Monitor legal updates and communicate practical guidelines to stakeholders
• Support risk management and resolve HR-related legal matters

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or related fields
• Experience in Labor Law, HR Compliance, or Employee Relations
• Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
• Able to travel upcountry/provincial areas when required
• Experience in large organizations or corporate environments is a plus
