Key Responsibilities

  • Support risk management and resolve HR-related legal matters

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law or related fields
  • Experience in Labor Law, HR Compliance, or Employee Relations
  • Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
  • Able to travel upcountry/provincial areas when required
  • Experience in large organizations or corporate environments is a plus
