Role Overview
We are looking for a client-facing Project Consultant to support and lead HRMS implementations for Thailand-based clients. You will be the on-ground face of the practice, working directly with client HR teams, bridging their needs with the delivery team, and ensuring implementations run smoothly from kick-off to go-live. Strong HR domain knowledge and communication skills matter more than a formal project management background.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary contact for Thailand clients, facilitate workshops, UAT, and training in Thai and English.
- Delivery Support: Coordinate with consultants, track milestones, risks, and ensure alignment.
- HR Domain Validation: Apply HR knowledge to validate configurations, payroll setups, and process flows.
- Implementation Activities: Support data migration, testing, and go-live preparation.
- Relationship Building: Build trusted client relationships, provide market intelligence, and contribute to Thailand practice growth.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years in HR, HR Operations, Payroll, Talent Management, or HR Tech.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
- Fluent in Thai AND English (mandatory).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Based in Thailand, with ability to travel to client sites.
Good to Have
- Prior consulting, implementation, or project coordination experience.
- Hands-on with HRMS platforms (Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday).
- Familiarity with Thai HR compliance and payroll regulations.
- Experience with project management tools (JIRA, Asana, MS Project).
- Exposure to cross-border or India-headquartered technology teams.
