Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors all modules (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Payroll etc.).
  • Work closely with HR, and external vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features to improve efficiency and user experience.
  • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HR technology solutions, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS systems, and data management.
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification is a plus.
  • Good command in English.
