Manage and oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors all modules (e.g., Talent Acquisition, Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Payroll etc.).
Work closely with HR, and external vendors to support system enhancements, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
Lead system upgrades, testing, and deployment of new features to improve efficiency and user experience.
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Provide technical support and training to HR teams and end-users.
Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for automation and improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other enterprise applications.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience managing HR technology solutions, with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS systems, and data management.
Experience with system configuration, reporting, and integrations.
Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities.
