Lead the HRIS team in improving and automating HR projects to drive significant organizational impact. Manage the team and act as a key liaison between employees, HR, and IT to interpret needs and ensure smooth, effective communication.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and develop the HRIS system to ensure efficiency and alignment with company policies.
- Oversee the annual employee performance management process to ensure it aligns with company policies and goals.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee data in the HR system.
- Analyze the needs of the HR department and management to improve systems and work processes.
- Manage HR development/improvement projects and coordinate with the IT team.
- Prepare reports and HR analytics to support strategic decisionmaking.
- Ensure employee data security in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide consultation and support to HR team members and system users.
- Gather and analyze HR business requirements to design HRIS data structure and system setup
- Support system testing (UAT) and go-live activities
- Analyze HR data such as headcount, attrition, performance, and productivity to provide strategic insights
- Establish HR data standards and ensure ongoing data quality in HRIS
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HRIS, HR systems, or related functions
- Understanding of Database, Data Flow, API, and System Integration concepts.
- Hands-on skills with Microsoft Tools (Power Automate, Power Apps, SharePoint, Power BI, Excel Advanced) would be plus.
- Strong analytical, problem solving planning, communication skills, attention to detail and project management skills
- Good communication skills to collaborate with non-IT users and HR teams.
