We are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to lead and enhance our HR technology ecosystem, drive digital HR initiatives, and support business growth through innovative people solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead HRIS administration, system enhancements, and digital transformation initiatives
• Manage HR technology projects, system integrations, and process automation
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to improve HR operations and employee experience
• Develop HR dashboards, workforce analytics, and management reports
• Ensure data integrity, system governance, and compliance with company standards
• Drive continuous improvement across HR processes and technologies
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in HRIS, HR Technology, HR Operations, or Digital HR Transformation
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and HR systems
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar platforms
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in Retail, Property, Hospitality, FMCG, or large-scale organizations is highly preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and workforce analytics
• Good command of English
