Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position for a Human Resource (HR) Manager located in Phuket. The HR Manager will oversee daily human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, HR policy development, and administrative tasks. Responsibilities include managing onboarding and offboarding processes, implementing training and development programs, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Manager will work closely with leadership to align HR strategies with organizational goals while supporting employee engagement and professional growth.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws
  • Skills in developing and implementing employee training, orientation, and performance management programs
  • Proficiency in handling HR administrative tasks, policy development, and payroll management
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities
  • Familiarity with HR software and tools is a plus
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or tourism industry is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages common in the region would be beneficial
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture
