Job Description

Responsibilities

  1. Oversee Thailand's overall HR operations and team management; develop localized HR strategies.
  2. Coordinate full-cycle employee management, handle labor relations, ensure compliance with Thai laws.
  3. Implement headquarters HR policies locally; manage foreign employee affairs and HR data.
  4. Drive organizational culture, training programs, and talent development initiatives.
  5. Liaise with headquarters and local teams; monitor Thai labor law compliance.
  6. Organize onboarding and skills training.

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Psychology or related; Thai university background/certifications preferred.
  2. Language: Native/fluent Thai; proficient Chinese; English (CET-6/IELTS 6.0+ preferred).
  3. Experience: 5+ years HR experience, 3+ years management experience; manufacturing/MNC experience preferred; labor dispute handling required.
  4. Skills: Proficient in Thai labor laws; full HR module oversight; basic data analysis; cultural adaptation.
  5. Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, stress resilience, cultural sensitivity.
  6. Other: Based in Thailand; accept business trips; familiarity with local HR resources a plus.
