Key Responsibilities
1Design and optimize localized performance management systems, guide reviews, and analyze data to support talent development.
2Conduct training needs assessments, develop/execute localized programs, and track effectiveness for continuous improvement.
3Manage full-cycle ER (onboarding/offboarding, contracts, disputes) compliant with Thai labor laws and enhance engagement via cultural activities.
4Drive organizational structure optimization, succession planning, and cultural integration to build internal talent pipelines.
5Administer C&B programs (salary, benefits, incentives) in line with local regulations and market competitiveness, collaborating with finance.
6Liaise with global HQ in Chinese, monitor Thai labor law updates, and ensure compliance through policy adjustments and training.
Qualifications
1Bachelor's degree in HR/Business/Organizational Psychology or related; professional HR certifications preferred
2Fluent in Chinese (HQ communication) or English (business interactions); Thai proficiency mandatory.
37+ years of progressive HR experience, 3+ years in managerial roles in Thailand (manufacturing/MNC/Chinese-funded enterprise preferred).
4Deep knowledge of Thai labor laws, expertise in HR core modules, and strong data analysis skills to measure initiative effectiveness.
5Strong leadership, cultural sensitivity, and cross-functional collaboration abilities; results-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
6Based in Thailand; willing to take local business trips; HRIS experience (Workday/SAP) a plus.
