Job Description

We are seeking a Human Resources Center of Excellence (COE), Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, and Payroll functions. This role is responsible for developing HR policies, driving talent and performance management initiatives, overseeing rewards and benefits programs, ensuring payroll accuracy, and enhancing employee engagement and experience across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

HR Center of Excellence (COE)

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices aligned with business objectives.
  • Design and enhance HR frameworks, processes, and governance.
  • Provide HR advisory support to management on people-related matters.

Performance & Talent Management

  • Manage Performance Management processes, including KPI/OKR frameworks and annual appraisal cycles.
  • Develop Talent Management and Succession Planning programs.
  • Support leadership development and employee capability building initiatives.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Manage salary structure, annual salary reviews, and bonus programs.
  • Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis.
  • Design and review rewards, recognition, and incentive programs.

Welfare Administration

  • Oversee employee welfare and benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, provident fund, and other employee benefits.
  • Evaluate and improve welfare programs to enhance employee satisfaction and well-being.
  • Guide employee benefits and entitlements.

Payroll Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Manage payroll-related reporting and labor cost analysis.

HR Analytics & Employee Engagement

  • Monitor and analyze HR metrics, including turnover, retention, engagement, and manpower costs.
  • Lead employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong experience in HR COE, Compensation & Benefits, Welfare, Payroll, labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
