Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, culture transformation, and workforce agility enhancement.
  • Design and implement people capability development frameworks, learning strategies, and evaluation metrics that align with business goals and employee growth needs.
  • Manage talent management and succession planning processes to build leadership pipelines and ensure readiness for critical roles.
  • Develop tools and processes to strengthen performance management and foster a highperformance culture.
  • Implement people management and organizational effectiveness interventions to support business goals.
  • Provide guidance on policies, procedures, problemsolving, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance across employee levels.
  • Conduct training on supervisory skills, conflict resolution, communication, and effective team interaction.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of HROD initiatives, providing insights to support strategic HR decisions.
  • Collaborate with People leadership, HR Business Partners, and Line Managers to ensure alignment of people programs with business objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, labor laws, and SSHE standards.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

JOB SPECIFICATION

  • Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a background in HROD, L&D, talent development functions, or people's strategy.
  • Experience in supporting or leading initiatives like organizational design, change management, culture transformation, or team effectiveness.
  • Hands-on experience in talent review processes, succession, and high-potential development.
  • Experience in using HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, capability assessments) to diagnose issues and track program impact.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Involvement in coordinating cross-functional HR projects with measurable outcomes.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially when partnering with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging people's data and insights for decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and transformation in people's practices.
