RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead organizational development initiatives, including change management, culture transformation, and workforce agility enhancement.
- Design and implement people capability development frameworks, learning strategies, and evaluation metrics that align with business goals and employee growth needs.
- Manage talent management and succession planning processes to build leadership pipelines and ensure readiness for critical roles.
- Develop tools and processes to strengthen performance management and foster a highperformance culture.
- Implement people management and organizational effectiveness interventions to support business goals.
- Provide guidance on policies, procedures, problemsolving, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance across employee levels.
- Conduct training on supervisory skills, conflict resolution, communication, and effective team interaction.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of HROD initiatives, providing insights to support strategic HR decisions.
- Collaborate with People leadership, HR Business Partners, and Line Managers to ensure alignment of people programs with business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal HR policies, labor laws, and SSHE standards.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
JOB SPECIFICATION
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or related field (master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with a background in HROD, L&D, talent development functions, or people's strategy.
- Experience in supporting or leading initiatives like organizational design, change management, culture transformation, or team effectiveness.
- Hands-on experience in talent review processes, succession, and high-potential development.
- Experience in using HR data (e.g., engagement surveys, capability assessments) to diagnose issues and track program impact.
