Job scope:
- Promotion: Manage and development evaluation system to align with organization goal and analyze evaluation data and recommend improvements for employee performance.
- Career management : Design and manage training programs to prepare candidates for promotion.
- Talent management: Identify and evaluate candidates for promotion process based on performance and design and implement promotion process.
- Engagement: Contributes to building work culture.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree of Political Science, Law, Business Administration, Human Resource, Economics and other related
- 0-3 years of experienced in related position
- Well understanding HR work flow
- Strong analytical skills with Excel.
