Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Samut Sakhon for a Human Resource Organization Development (OD) professional. The role involves designing, implementing, and managing organization development initiatives, including HR management, employee benefits programs, and policy development. The professional will oversee personnel management, contribute to the improvement of HR processes, and ensure alignment with company goals. Collaboration with various departments and fostering a positive workplace culture are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) and Personnel Management
• Experience in HR Management and the implementation of HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits programs and processes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and lead change initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Prior experience in the lubricant, energy, or similar industry is a plus
• Proficiency in HR-related software and systems
