Expert Human Resources skills in Semiconductor field and high competent on human resources strategy or specific HRM Function plans
Organize career development programs for potentials and future leaders
Drive a culture of quality excellence, commitment, innovation, and ownership, promote self-improvement of employees
Have experience in employee relation function or compensation & benefits will be a plus
Close cooperation with line supervisor/managers

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business administration, HRD/HRM, Psychology or relevant field.
Hands-on experience in Human Resources or employee relations > 15 years
Knowledge of modern educational techniques , labor law
Excellent English communication
