We are seeking a dedicated Warehouse Human Resource Specialist to support our warehouse team in Samut Prakan. This role will focus on employee administration, compliance, engagement, and operational support. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR functions within a warehouse or logistics environment, with the ability to communicate effectively to support our diverse workforce. You will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR processes, and contributing to warehouse employee development and retention.

Key Responsibilities
Record and maintain accurate employee information in HR systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and compliance with local labor laws.
Handle onboarding processes for new warehouse employees, including document verification, contract preparation, and orientation sessions.
Manage employee records related to promotions, transfers, terminations, and performance evaluations.
Manage full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contract preparation, and offboarding.
Monitor and maintain employee time attendance records, including tracking leave, overtime, late arrivals, absences, and shift rotations to ensure accurate payroll processing.
Investigate and resolve attendance discrepancies, providing reports to management for disciplinary or corrective actions.
Implement and enforce attendance policies, conducting audits to minimize errors and promote punctuality in a fast-paced warehouse setting.
Oversee the procurement, inventory, and distribution of office supplies, warehouse tools, and equipment, ensuring cost-effectiveness and timely availability.
Set up workstations and provide necessary resources for new employees, including safety gear and ergonomic setups tailored to warehouse roles.
Coordinate general procurement tasks, such as requesting quotations from suppliers, issuing Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO), negotiating terms, and following up on deliveries to maintain operational efficiency.
Conduct regular stock audits and implement inventory control measures to prevent shortages or overstocking.
Organize and facilitate employee events, team-building activities, and wellness programs to boost morale and foster a collaborative warehouse culture.
Conduct training sessions on company policies, safety protocols, and performance management tools, including OKR (Objectives and Key Results) reviews to align employee goals with business objectives.
Provide policy training on topics such as labor rights, anti-harassment, and compliance with Thai employment regulations, ensuring all staff are informed and adherent.
Act as a point of contact for employee queries, grievances, and eedback, mediating conflicts and promoting a supportive work environment.
Collaborate with management on HR initiatives, such as performance appraisals, talent development plans, and succession planning for key warehouse positions.
Oversee subcontractors management by coordinating with outsourcing agencies, staffing providers, and third-party vendors, managing service contracts, monitoring performance and compliance, handling onboarding/offboarding for non-direct employees
Perform additional tasks as assigned by management or the HR department, which may include supporting audits, preparing HR reports, or assisting in special projects related to warehouse operations.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards in all HR activities.
