Job Description

We are looking for a data-driven HR Analytics professional to join our team and play a key role in transforming HR data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making.

This is an individual contributor role, ideal for someone who enjoys working hands-on with data, responding to business requests, and delivering clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, validate, and analyze HR data to support business and HR decision-makings
  • Build and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and HR metrics
  • Respond to business requests by extracting and interpreting data from various sources
  • Translate complex data into clear, easy-to-understand presentations for management
  • Work closely with HR teams to understand their data needs and deliver relevant analysis
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality of HR data
  • Support ongoing improvements in HR reporting and analytics processes
  • Contribute to ad hoc analysis and special projects

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or a related field
  • At least 6-7 years of experience in HR analytics, reporting, or data-focused HR roles
  • Strong hands-on skills in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, dashboards)
  • Solid understanding of HR data (e.g., headcount, attrition, workforce trends)
  • Strong analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Ability to present data in a clear and structured way to non-technical audiences
  • Good command of English
