Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site HR Assistant role based in Thailand. The HR Assistant will support the HR team in daily operations, contribute to efficient HR processes, and help maintain a positive employee experience across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Support recruitment activities, including CV screening and interview coordination
- Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support employee relations and respond to HR-related inquiries
- Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local labor regulations
- Provide administrative and operational support to the HR team

Qualifications- Basic understanding of Human Resources principles and practices
