Main Responsibilities
1.Plan and organize various cultural activities, such as festival celebrations, team-building events, birthday parties, and outstanding employee recognition ceremonies, to enhance employees sense of belonging and identification.
2.Establish cultural promotion platforms and assist in promoting the implementation of the company's core values and policies. Deepen employees understanding and identification with the company's culture and policies through posters, articles, short videos, photos, and other means.
3.Facilitate the progress of special projects assigned by the General Manager's Office and complete other related tasks assigned by superiors.
4.Provide translation services during communication between Chinese and Thai employees.
Qualifications & Experience
1.Educational Background and Experience
Bachelor's degree or above, with over 2 years of working experience in human resources. Prior experience in corporate culture, employee relations, or event planning is preferred. Outstanding fresh graduates with extensive experience as club leaders may also be considered.
2.Professional Skills
Possess excellent writing skills. Proficiency in design tools such as PS and AI, or video editing software, is a plus.
Demonstrate strong creative planning and project coordination abilities, capable of independently managing the entire process of event planning and execution.
3.Language Proficiency: Bilingual in Chinese and Thai
