Overview
Our client is a world-class educational conglomerate in Northern Thailand. We are seeking an HRBP based in their central Chiang Mai office to act as a strategic link between HR operations and school leadership. You will manage people operations for a diverse, multicultural workforce across multiple campuses within Chiang Mai province.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Business Support: Partner with School Directors to resolve daily operational issues and implement HR strategies.
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate hiring for both Thai and International faculty; manage high-touch onboarding for expatriate staff.
- Employee Relations: Handle staff concerns, conflict resolution, and ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Performance Management: Oversee appraisals, probation reviews, and documentation for academic staff.
- HR Operations: Ensure consistent policy application, maintain employee data, and coordinate with Payroll/Finance.
- Engagement: Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive culture across all campuses.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years in HR, with a strong preference for experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist in an international school, hospitality, or multicultural corporate environment.
- Fluent in English and Thai (Excellent communication skills in both).
- Must be able to work from the office and travel occasionally to campuses within the province.
