Position Summary

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Human Resources Business

Partner (HRBP) to support our growth and operational excellence across the APAC region. This role serves as a key consultant and partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with core business objectives. You will be responsible for driving key areas including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and organizational development. The ideal candidate is a data-driven professional who can build trust, influence stakeholders, and implement HR solutions that foster a high-performance culture in a dynamic, multi-country environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Strategic Business Partnership & Organizational Development:

  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders within the assigned region, providing strategic HR guidance on people-related issues and organizational design.
  • Support organizational structure optimization, including headcount planning, role definition, and succession planning for key positions.
  • Drive and embed corporate culture initiatives that align with regional values and business goals, fostering a high-performance and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct talent reviews and collaborate with leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees and critical talent retention strategies.

2.Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:

  • Partner with regional leaders and the Talent Acquisition team to define hiring needs, ensure role clarity, and standardize recruitment processes across APAC
  • Support the recruitment lifecycle for critical roles, ensuring efficiency, candidate quality, and a positive experience
  • Assist in building robust talent pipelines for key and mid-level management positions to support business continuity and growth.

3.Performance, Rewards & Compliance:

  • Champion the implementation and ongoing management of performance frameworks (e.g., OKR systems), ensuring high adoption rates and meaningful goal alignment.
  • Support the annual compensation review cycle by providing market data analysis and recommendations to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
  • Ensure HR practices and processes comply with local labor laws and regulations across the supported countries.
  • Participate in the research and evaluation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to drive digital transformation and data integrity.

4.Employee Development & Engagement:

  • Identify training needs in collaboration with business units and support the regional implementation of development programs and a standardized training framework
  • Address employee relations matters professionally, promoting a positive work environment and high levels of engagement.
  • Analyze HR metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement survey results) to derive insights and develop action plans to address areas of concern.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR role, preferably within a fast-paced, multi-national corporation.
  • Proven experience supporting business units across multiple countries in the APAC region.
  • Solid knowledge of core HR areas: talent management, performance systems, compensation principles, and employment law compliance
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools; familiarity with OKR frameworks is a strong advantage.
  • Full professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
