Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) – Assistant Manager (Production / Manufacturing)
Location: SangSom Building, Bangkok (Convenient access near MRT Kamphaeng Phet & BTS Mo Chit)
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders and department heads to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Provide HR consultation and support to line managers on people management, organizational development, and change management.
- Analyze HR data and trends to recommend improvement initiatives and development plans.
- Ensure understanding and provide guidance on HC policies, rules, regulations, and processes to management and employees.
- Promote organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee and support employees within assigned business units regarding compensation & benefits, workforce regulations, and working environment matters.
- Support HC development plans including career pathing, employee development, succession planning, and talent management within the business unit.
- Perform other HR-related duties as assigned in support of business operations.
Job Skills & Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields.
Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HRM, HRD, and labor law & regulations.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR Business Partnering or full-spectrum HR management.
Knowledge & Skills:
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Leadership capability, project management skills, and strong teamwork.
- Good command of English (speaking, reading, and writing).
