Job Summary

We are seeking an HR Business Partner based in Bangkok to support our Thailand and regional teams. This role is both strategic and hands-on, covering end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and cross-border HR support.

This is an excellent opportunity for HR professionals who enjoy building HR frameworks from the ground up and working closely with business leaders in a fast-growing, international environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Partnering

  • Act as the primary HR contact for Bangkok and regional stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to execute HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Translate business needs into practical and scalable HR initiatives.
  • Advise on workforce planning, team structure, and talent development.

2. Talent Acquisition

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Thailand and regional roles.
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and senior positions.
  • Establish structured hiring processes and recruitment SOPs.

3. Employee Relations

  • Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Support performance management, conflict resolution, and culture alignment.
  • Advise managers on disciplinary actions and HR policy implementation.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

  • Manage onboarding, probation, confirmation, offboarding, and HR documentation.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams on payroll inputs and HR records.
  • Ensure compliance with Thailand labour laws and internal HR policies.

5. Performance, Culture & Development

  • Support OKR/KPI setting and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Strengthen leadership capability and team culture.
  • Drive employee engagement, retention initiatives, and HR-related training.

6. HR Process Setup & Improvement

  • Build HR frameworks, SOPs, and workflows to support business growth.
  • Improve HR efficiency through better systems and cross-team collaboration.
  • Standardize HR practices while adapting to local requirements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and employee relations.
  • Familiarity with Thailand labour laws; cross-border HR exposure is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • English required; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable building HR structures from scratch.
