Responsibilities
1. Regional Business Partnering & Workforce Planning
- Strategic Advisory: Act as the primary HR point of contact for HODs and Line Managers across multiple regions. Understand their business goals and provide consultation on people management, team dynamics, and performance issues.
- Workforce Analysis: Analyze team structures and workload distribution to identify manpower gaps. Consult with HODs to validate whether a new headcount is truly needed or if the gap can be solved through restructuring or upskilling.
- Problem Solving: Proactively identify people-related risks in each region (e.g., high turnover in India, engagement drop in Dubai) and propose solutions to the Regional HR Manager.
2. Talent Planning & Selection Partner
- Requirement Definition: Partner with HODs to define clear Success Profiles, Job Descriptions, and Competencies for open roles before briefing the Talent Acquisition (TA) team, ensuring the search is targeted and efficient.
- Culture Fit Assessment: Participate in the final interview rounds for key regional positions to assess candidates onCulture Fit and values alignment, acting as a quality gatekeeper alongside the Hiring Manager.
- Onboarding & Probation Management: Take ownership of the post-hiring journey. Ensure new hires in all countries undergo a structured onboarding process and manage the probation review cycle to maximize retention and hiring success.
3. Organizational Development (OD) & Training Oversight
- Training Needs Analysis (TNA): Collaborate with HODs to identify skill gaps within their teams (both technical and soft skills).
- Regional Program Facilitation: Source and coordinate with external training vendors or internal trainers to deliver learning programs appropriate for each region. Monitor training effectiveness and attendance.
- Culture & Engagement: Drive company culture initiatives to ensure remote teams (e.g., in Dubai or South Africa) feel connected to the HQ. Organize virtual or local engagement activities to boost morale.
4. HR Operations & Data Analytics
- Performance Management: Support HODs in executing the performance review cycle (KPI setting, mid-year, and year-end reviews), ensuring fairness and consistency across borders.
- Regional Reporting: Consolidate and analyze HR data from all regions (e.g., Headcount, Turnover Rate, Retention Rate) to prepare insightful reports for the Expat HR Manager.
- Policy Guidance: Advise managers on general HR policies and ensure compliance with local labor practices (coordinating with local legal vendors where necessary).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or a related field.
- Proficient in Thai, Chinese, and English
- Proven experience in Forex, FinTech, Crypto, or Financial Services is preferred.
- Thai nationality.
