Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organizational development, according to the company's business strategy planning, think and layout the organizational structure of the business department, and promote changes and adjustments;
  • Performance management, support the business department to implement the performance management system, help set performance goals and evaluation standards;
  • Talent management, assist the business department in talent planning, identify key positions and talent needs, and output and implement talent improvement plans;
  • Compliance risk control, promote the implementation of compliance risk control audits of various businesses of the company;
  • Other matters arranged by the HRBP manage

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree human resource or management or Chinese major or relate
  • With 35 years of HRBP experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
  • Familiar with recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Good at communicating and working with others at all levels.
  • Able to listen well and solve problems.
  • Can speak and write in Chinese and Thai.
  • Able to work under pressure.
