Qualifications
Bachelor's degree human resource or management or Chinese major or relate
With 35 years of HRBP experience. Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus.
Familiar with recruitment, training, compensation, performance management, and employee relations.
Good at communicating and working with others at all levels.
