Responsibilities (HCBP FM&CM Focused)
- Partner with business leaders to translate business strategies into effective people and workforce solutions
- Provide professional HR advisory on performance management, talent management, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness
- Support workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational structure alignment for field and customer-facing teams
- Coach and advise line managers on people management, leadership capability, and employee relations
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and culture initiatives for Customer Management and Field Merchandise functions
- Act as a key liaison between business units and HR Centers of Excellence (HRD, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll)
- Analyze HR data and people metrics to generate insights and provide recommendations to support business decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related disciplines
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner / Human Capital Business Partner role
- Proven experience partnering with Trade Marketing, Marketing, Merchandise Stocker, Field Force, or Modern Trade / FMCG organizations
- Strong understanding of performance management, talent management, and employee engagement practices
- Excellent consulting, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively with field-based employees and line managers
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and HR systems (HRIS)
- English proficiency is an advantage
