Curtiss-Wright is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for our new facility in Chonburi, Thailand. This critical role will provide human resources and office support to managers and employees, aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support our new valves site as we continue to expand our global operations. This role will provide additional administrative direction and support in relation to the office set-up and general facilities support.
Location: Chonburi, Thailand
Your Challenge
- Performs a wide variety of professional HR functions such as recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, employee relations, training, HR-related regulatory reporting, and Policy & Total Rewards administration in accordance with the Corporation's programs.
- Works closely with the US-based HR team and local management to address a variety of HR-related issues, resolving employee queries and leading HR initiatives within the newly established Farris-Thailand Business Unit.
- Timekeeping tasks and responsibilities
- Benefits and Policy administration, coordination and support
- General office support such as office coordination, administrative support to Operations and Accounting functions as needed
- General facilities support such as ordering supplies and administering mail delivery & correspondence
What You Bring
- Bilingual in Thai and English
- A minimum of 4-years HR and/or Office experience
- Previous experience working in a Manufacturing environment
- Degree in a related field
- Willingness to work in an office role with regular access to manufacturing and assembly facility where PPE (personal protective equipment) will be required
- Availability to provide facility access at a variety of different times due to start-up of new facility
