We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join a fast-growing gaming and technology environment.
This is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with business leaders, shaping people strategies, and contributing to workforce growth in a dynamic, international environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partner closely with business leaders and management on HR matters and people strategy
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives
- Lead workforce planning, including headcount and talent planning
- Provide HR insights and recommendations to support business growth
- Work closely with the Singapore Regional Office and local Thailand management
- Support organizational development, talent management, and other strategic HR initiatives
- Act as a trusted HR partner across a fast-paced and evolving business environment
What We're Looking For
- Strong, hands-on experience as an HR Business Partner (HRBP)
- Candidates with a strong HR Strategy / Strategic HR background are also welcome
- Experience in workforce planning, talent planning, and headcount planning
- Strong business partnering and stakeholder management skills
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working with regional and international teams
- Strong interest in or familiarity with the gaming, technology, or digital industry
- Bachelor's degree in related field
