Job Description

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) role serves as a trusted adviser to business leaders, aligning people strategies and initiatives with organisational objectives. Based in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan, the position covers workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, organisational development, and change initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted adviser to business leaders, ensuring Human Resources (HR) strategies and initiatives effectively support organisational objectives
  • Provide strategic HR consultation and solutions that support business objectives
  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate selection and onboarding
  • Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to maintain a sustainable talent pipeline
  • Facilitate performance improvement initiatives and corrective action plans when required
  • Conduct investigations relating to disciplinary matters, grievances, and policy violations
  • Partner with Learning and Development teams to implement training initiatives that strengthen employee capabilities
  • Participate in compensation benchmarking and market analysis activities
  • Support annual compensation reviews, salary planning, and bonus administration processes
  • Support organisational transformation, restructuring, and change management initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, employment regulations, and company policies
  • Support HR audits and compliance reviews conducted by internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform other tasks relating to the HRBP function as assigned

Requirements


  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Law, Human Resources and Organisational Development (HROD), Organisational Development (OD), Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Approximately 6 years of experience in HROD or an HRBP role
  • Knowledge of laws and regulations relating to factory operations
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Knowledge of change management and organisational development
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
  • Ability to use English in the workplace
  • Ability to commute to the workplace in Bang Phli, Samut Prakan
