RotoMetrics is a specialist manufacturer of precision tooling with a global presence, operating multiple manufacturing sites worldwide including our facility in Thailand.

We are seeking a proactive and people-focused Human Resources Business Partner (HR BP) to join our team in Thailand. This role will act as a strategic partner to business leaders, supporting workforce planning, and aligning HR initiatives with operational and organizational goals.

The successful candidate will be responsible for a full spectrum of HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and compliance with local labor laws. You will work closely with line managers and regional/global HR teams to drive employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and a positive workplace culture.

You should possess strong knowledge of HR practices, Thai labor law, and HR policies, with experience supporting a manufacturing or industrial environment. The role requires excellent communication skills, a high level of confidentiality, and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on HR operations. Experience with HRIS systems and collaboration with Operations, Finance, and Plant Management teams will be highly valued.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 710 years of comprehensive HR experience covering all HR functions.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience as a standalone HR (One-man HR) or in handling multiple HR roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Thai labor law, HR management systems, and ISO standards.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and proactive working skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple responsibilities, perform under pressure, and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Good command of English communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • Strong leadership skills with a positive attitude toward working with employees at all levels.
