The Opportunity: Strategic Partner for People and Culture
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you will be a pivotal force in shaping our organization's culture and driving its success. Moving beyond traditional HR, you will act as a strategic consultant to business leaders, translating their objectives into impactful people strategies. This role requires a proactive and data-savvy professional who can navigate complex employee relations, champion engagement, and foster a high-performance environment built on trust and excellence. You will be a key driver in unlocking the full potential of our people to achieve our ambitious growth goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Advising: Serve as a trusted advisor to department leaders and management teams. Provide expert coaching and consultation on all people-related matters, including organizational design, succession planning, and performance management, to align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Employee Relations: Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues with empathy and objectivity. Conduct thorough and impartial investigations, providing clear guidance and ensuring fair, compliant outcomes.
- Talent & Performance Management: Oversee key aspects of the employee lifecycle, from effective onboarding to constructive exit processes. Partner with leaders to develop talent, address performance gaps, and retain top performers.
- Employee Engagement: Champion our company values by designing and executing high-impact employee engagement initiatives. Analyze feedback and develop programs that enhance the employee experience and foster a positive, inclusive workplace.
- Data & Analytics: Leverage HR metrics and people analytics to identify trends, diagnose challenges, and inform strategic decisions. Provide actionable insights to leadership to continuously improve our people strategies and processes.
- Compliance & Operations: Ensure HR policies and practices are consistently applied and remain in compliance with current Thai labor laws and regulations. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of HR operations.

Required Experience & Qualifications
- Educational Foundation: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- HR Expertise: In-depth knowledge of core HR functions, including employee relations, performance management, and talent development.
- Legal Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of Thai labor laws and employment regulations.
