Responsibilities :

• Champion and drive the Regional HR strategy at the country level, translating priorities into actionable roadmaps that reflect local business needs, culture, and regulatory context.

• Serve as the primary liaison between country HR operations and Regional HQ HR Development Department, ensuring two way alignment and active representation of local insights in regional strategy-setting.

• Partner with business leaders to assess organizational effectiveness, identify capability gaps, and lead targeted interventions that advance both country and regional people priorities.

• Drive change initiatives end-to-end — including stakeholder engagement, communication, and adoption plans — to embed new processes, structures, and ways of working into the organization.

• Lead cross-functional HR and business transformation projects, aligning stakeholders and holding accountability for achieving desired outcomes.

• Track, evaluate, and report on the impact of OD and change initiatives, surfacing insights and recommendations that continuously sharpen strategy execution at both country and regional levels.

Qualifications :

• 10 years of relevant working experience in the related field

• Strong knowledge and experience of organizational development, leadership and talent development, workforce planning and organizational effectiveness

• Familiar with local employment laws and regulations

• Excellent communication, facilitation and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels

• Good command of English
